Premature Ejaculation

Squeeze Technique

If you feel like you’re about to ejaculate while engaging in sexual activity, try the pause and squeeze technique. Squeeze the head of your penis for several seconds until the sensation to cum passes. You can also ask your partner to do it for you if you would prefer. Practicing this technique will help gain control over ejaculation.

Stop and Start Technique

The idea here is to delay ejaculation through practice. You’ll need to masturbate up to the point of orgasm.

As you are about to reach completion, stop immediately. Let yourself relax and do it again.

This exercise can be done several times a week and will help teach you to control your orgasm during sex.

Tips to slow Premature Ejaculation

One of the best exercises to practice delayed ejaculation is learning to pause sex. Learn to take a breather during sex and shift to foreplay to prolong ejaculation.

Use Condoms

Condoms help reduce sensation. This means you can avoid premature ejaculation while practicing safe sex at the same time.

Change Sexual Positions

If you can find a sexual position that puts pressure on your penis, this technique can help delay ejaculation.
Try a spooning position, or lie on your back and have your partner on top.
